Deliveries are made from Monday to Sunday between 8 am and 9 pm. It is not possible to set specific delivery times, so it is important to specify an address where someone you trust can receive the products. What is more, deliveries are not made in a personal capacity, so that anyone, in the address indicated by the user at the time of purchase, can receive the product; Nick-Nack assumes that the reception and acceptance of the product indicates the compliance with it.

 

Nick-Nack delivery orders in the address chosen by the user at the time of purchase within 24 hours (12 hours for our premium subscribes) starting from the time that the purchase is confirmed in our virtual shop. In addition, our delivery service coverage comprises all districts of Lima Metropolitana. The delivery service is free.

 

In the case where, due to extraordinary circumstances, a delay in the delivery of the product is caused. Nick-Nack offers an automatic discount of 5% of the sale price; this amount will be refunded within 7 business days after the reception of the order, to the customer's bank account.
